Why creatives and businesses keep missing each other
It's the same problem from two different sides.
Most creatives think they’re being overlooked.
Most businesses think they can’t find the right people.
Both are right, and it’s the same problem from two different sides.
Creatives are told to put themselves out there. So they do. They apply for everything, send portfolios to anyone who’ll look, post constantly. And they land in a pile of 200 others doing exactly the same thing.
From the business side it looks like this: too many options, no way to filter, no clear signal of who’s actually right for the job. So they do what’s easiest, hire someone they already know, go off a recommendation, or don’t hire at all.
That gap in the middle is what I’m building CAP around.
Not more exposure. Not more applications. Just better matching.
Creatives who are genuinely hire-ready, connected directly to businesses who need them.
I’m building a curated database across photography, music, acting and visual art. Not based on who shouts the loudest. Based on who’s actually ready to work.
If you’re a creative: The goal isn’t more visibility. It’s being the obvious choice when the right opportunity comes up.
If you’re a business: the problem isn’t a lack of talent. It’s finding the right person in a sea of noise.
That’s what I’m fixing. Quietly, properly, from the ground up.
