CAP is Back! And This Time It’s Structured
After a few weeks building behind the scenes, I’m reopening CAP with a clearer direction, better structure, and real momentum.
Over the last few weeks, CAP went quiet.
Not because it stalled, but because I realised something wasn’t working.
Posting daily opportunities wasn’t enough.
It built attention, but it didn’t build infrastructure.
So I stopped.
And focused on what actually matters:
• Building the first version of the CAP creative database
• Speaking directly with universities and course leaders
• Testing what actually gets creatives to take action (not just read)
We now have the first group of creatives inside CAP.
Small. But strong.
And more importantly, i’ve started early conversations with institutions who can bring hundreds of creatives into the platform properly.
What CAP is becoming
CAP is no longer just a newsletter.
It’s becoming a curated database of creatives that businesses can access directly.
No agencies.
No long application processes.
No oversaturation.
Just discoverable talent.
This week
I’m reopening submissions for a limited number of creatives.
I’m currently prioritising:
• Photographers with a clear visual identity
• Actors with strong footage or performance experience
• Musicians / producers with defined direction
If you want to be considered:
It takes around 2 minutes to submit.
A quick note
This week, someone pledged support for CAP before I’ve even turned on paid subscriptions.
That tells me one thing:
There is demand for this.
But I won’t switch paid on until this is delivering real value consistently.
That’s the focus now.
What’s next
Going forward, CAP will be more structured:
• Direct access to real work and industry insight
• Growth of the creative database
• Behind-the-scenes of building CAP properly
If you’ve been following from the start, this is where it actually begins.
